MLK DAY BREAKFAST
The 41st Annual MLK Day Breakfast
Join us for an incredible morning of food, music and community, highlighted by renowned civil rights attorney Preston Tisdale,, whose theme is, "Now Is the Time to Take a Stand."
​The event begins at 8:30 a.m. and will be held at Branford High School, 185 E. Main Street, Branford CT. Tickets are just $20 ($5 for students). Proceeds go to the MLK Heritage Foundation's scholarship fund, which benefits Branford High School students.

We are so grateful to have partnered with Branford Public Schools for hosting what has become a joyful and amazing Branford tradition.
Speaker
As a long-time public defender and President of the Public Justice Foundation, Mr. Tisdale has dedicated his life to standing up to injustice. A partner at Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder, he has fought in the courts against bias, discrimination and oppression, and has served on the boards of multiple civic organizations that aid the less fortunate, including the Fairfield County Community Foundation and the Bridgeport Public Education Fund.

Food
An incredible full breakfast prepared by the BHS Culinary Arts program with help from the experienced chefs at Branford Rotary. Eggs, grits, bacon sausage, pancakes, coffee, tea, biscuits and more!

Music

The award-winning Branford High School Music Makers.
Additional musicians and soloists will also perform.
